You will have the chance to submit your films and be able to join us from 13th to 17th June 2012 in Oporto. A Festival filled with great short films, animation, documentary and music video from around the world!

Porto7 is a Festival dedicated to Short-Films.
Its target is to promote the production and exhibition of short-films and to act as an intermediary among cultures and nationalities that participate in the Festival.
Porto7 is a cultural event open to producers, directors, actors, enthusiasts and people that enjoy the 7th art.
This Festival is an exchanging place between artists, directors, audiovisual business companies and audience where different promotional activities will take place. (Films screening, Parties, Live Concerts, Ceremonies, Products presentations, etc.).

Três vezes por mês e durante aproximadamente uma hora são projectadas no Hard Club Curtas-metragens do Porto7 – Festival Internacional de Curtas-metragens do Porto.

Estas Curtas-metragens participaram em edições anteriores neste festival, inseridas em competição e/ou exibição durante os 5 dias em que decorre o Porto7. As Curtas HCPorto7 são seleccionadas maioritariamente por tema. As temáticas e os géneros variam semanalmente.

O Porto7 continua desta forma a promover e a proporcionar ao longo do ano exibições de excelentes obras de diversos realizadores nacionais e internacionais participantes neste festival.

ÉCU – the European independent film festival is dedicated to the discovery, promotion and projection of the work of the best independent film makers. Scott Hillier, a cinematographer with an Oscar under his belt, created ÉCU in 2006 in Paris, to give independent film makers the opportunity to project their work in front of a large international audience made up of a melting pot of professionals from the film industry and of course, film lovers.

His goal is to shine the spotlight onto the best European cinematographic work being created today by hundreds of talented, independent but unfortunately under‐funded film makers – and to defend and promote the free and creative spirit that is unique to independent cinema.
